At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a leading wholesaler in the PeterLee area.Package: up to £30,000 Depending on experience Holidays: 24 days + birthday & bank holidays Location: PeterLeeBenefits: Quarterly bonus scheme - enhanced benefits package

Main Responsibilities to include:Relationship Management

  • Assist in the development and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts
  • Assist National account managers in identify sales opportunities and potential areas for growth within existing accounts.
  • Support for National Account Managers

  • Provide administrative support to national account managers, assisting them in managing their accounts effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies and solutions for key accounts.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and reports to key accounts to showcase company products and services.
  • Customer Service

  • Provide excellent customer service to resolve any issues or concerns raised by key accounts.
  • Monitor sales and analyse market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Marketing and Promotional Activities

  • Assist in the coordination of marketing and promotional activities for key accounts.
  • Manage the CRM system for the sales organisation, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Administrative Duties:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of products to key accounts.
  • Ideal Candidate:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
    • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
    • Previous experience in sales or account management is a plus.
