About the role of Sales Administrator & Customer Support Executive

We are looking to recruit for a highly motivated Sales Administrator and Customer Support Executive to join our client’s growing sales team.

Our client is a B 2 B news and data business serving clients globally in the energy and environmental commodities space. To help them grow faster, they need an exceptional, self-motivated and reliable person to support the global sales team, and client base.

As a Sales Administrator and Customer Support Executive you will be:

  • Managing and chasing invoices and payments
  • Maintaining client records on the CRM platform
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Preparing management reports
  • Managing subscription renewals
  • Set up and training of new salespeople

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a client administration role

  • Efficient, organized with excellent customer service skills
  • Numerate and used to working with spreadsheets
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multi-task
