An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client’s team as a Sales Administrator. If you have a passion for providing excellent administrative support and ensuring the smooth processing of sales, this could be the perfect role for you.
Day to Day of the role:
- Handling phone enquiries from potential and current customers professionally and efficiently, maintaining company standards.
- Accurately recording and inputting sales information and customer extras onto internal systems.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and high standards of service.
- Generating weekly part-exchange and sales reports, as well as other ad-hoc company reporting, to support the Sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using sales management software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
