Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Process orders, manage sales databases, and track sales leads.
- Prepare and distribute sales documents, including proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Liaise with customers to handle inquiries, process orders, and provide accurate information.
- Assist in coordinating sales activities such as client meetings, presentations, and events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions.
- Support the sales team in managing and updating CRM systems.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, operations) to ensure smooth sales processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
