What will you do as a Sales Administrator?
- Manage the sales order process from initial receipt through to customer delivery
- Prepare and follow up on bespoke quotations using internal CRM system
- Inputting accurate order details into Sage including measurements and components
- First point of contact for any customer services enquiry through email or phone
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gain updates for the customer
- Prepare all relevant paperwork for the warehouse team and dispatch of the product
What do you need as a Sales Administrator?
- Previous sales admin experience ideally from a manufacturing background
- Use of Sage and CAD would be desirable but not essential
- Experience preparing quotes and managing sales order process
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Competent using CRM systems and Microsoft office packages
