Sales Administrator Location: Perth Position Type: Full-Time ((contract for 10 Months) Working Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office) Working Hours: Full time, with an early finish on Fridays Benefits:- Free on-site parking - Flexible working arrangements - Early finish on Fridays - Collaborative and supportive team environment We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join our team in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity to support our Business Development Managers and play a key role in our sales operations during this fixed-term position.Key Duties:- Provide comprehensive sales administration support, coordinating quotes and proposals for potential clients- Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth logistics and timely responses- Update and maintain internal CRM systems to track client interactions and sales progress- Manage first-line phone calls and email inquiries, delivering excellent customer service- Assist with PA and office management duties, ensuring efficient office operationsPerson Specification:- Experience: Essential experience with CRM systems, ideally in a sales administration capacity- Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written- IT Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office skills- Team Player: Confident and collaborative, able to work effectively within a team- Availability: Available to start within the next two weeksIf you are a detail-oriented Sales Administrator with a passion for supporting sales teams and enhancing customer experiences, we want to hear from you!
