Description

Sales Administrator, Reading

  • Manage and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Dealing with customers by telephone (incoming and outgoing) plus email and Teams
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Searching, coding and updating the CRM system
  • Prepare and generate sales reports, tracking key performance indicators.
  • Respond to customer queries, providing exceptional service.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Support administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.

Profile

Sales Administrator, Reading

  • Proven experience in a sales administration or customer service role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Job Offer

£25,000 to £30,000 with the potential for a small bonus element plus excellent training and career growth opportunity.
