As Sales Administrator, you will support the sales process, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing client relationships.

As Sales Administrator, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for clients, managing phone and email enquiries.
• Process customer orders and assist with preparing quotations.
• Support the sales team by preparing tailored proposals.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

As Sales Administrator, you will have:

• At least 2 years of experience in an administration role, ideally supporting the sales function.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
