Sales Admin

My client is a leader in the retail of fabrics and fittings, is on the lookout for a dedicated and organised Sales Admin to enhance their sales operations. This role is pivotal in delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and in-depth product knowledge.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Efficiently process customer orders received over the phone and via email.
- Provide expert product advice to customers, with the ability to upsell or switch sell as needed.
- Liaise with Warehouse and Purchasing staff to ensure timely product deliveries.
- Address customer complaints and coordinate with couriers to resolve delivery issues.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range to better serve customer needs.
- Work collaboratively within a small team in a busy office environment, contributing to various business processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-functional role.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a sales or administrative role is preferred.
