Job Description:
We are seeking someone to join a dynamic and growing estate as their new Sales Administrator. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our operations by coordinating various aspects of property marketing and compliance. Previous property experience is desirable, however not essential as training can be provided. However, we are looking for someone with strong transferable skills and a passion for organisation and customer service.
Responsibilities for Sales Administrator:
- Social Media Management; Schedule and manage content for social media platforms to ensure a consistent online presence. Monitor engagement and provide updates on performance metrics as needed.
- Digital Content Updating; Update TV screens in shopfronts with current and relevant digital displays.
- Coordinate design or content changes for these digital assets.
- IT Support; Troubleshoot basic IT issues and liaise with external IT support when necessary. Ensure office technology (e.g., computers, printers) is functioning effectively.
- Office Management; Manage office supplies and ensure stocks are replenished as needed. Maintain an organised workspace and address any logistical needs.
- Property Management Assistance; Draft and upload property descriptions for new listings on the market. Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy and appeal of listing details.
- Transaction Coordination; Request holding deposits for properties. Track and record all payments related to property rentals or sales.
- Administrative Support; Create and update guide notes or other operational documentation. Perform PA duties, assisting Directors with day-to-day tasks.
- Finance Administration; Manage basic finance tasks, including preparing and issuing invoices. Coordinate with external accounting teams to facilitate financial outsourcing processes.
Skills and Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential for this Trainee Office Manager
- Good IT skills and familiarity with basic software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail with an ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role, demonstrating transferable skills
- A proactive and flexible approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- A professional and positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team
