Description

• Coordination of sales-related activities and support to the team.
• Managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Maintaining and updating customer databases for the department.
• Processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Assisting in producing sales reports and forecasts.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure business operations run smoothly.
• Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
• Assisting in the planning and organisation of sales events or meetings.

Profile

A successful Sales Administrator should have:

• Relevant experience as a Sales Administrator
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
