We are recruiting a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our client based in the Rugby area.This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team within a growing manufacturing company. The role offers company training and potential for progression.Salary - £27-28,000 + bonusHours - 8.30am-5.15pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am-4.30pm FridayBenefits - 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, excellent pension, health & welfare schemesMain duties:

  • Being the first point of contact with customer by phone and email
  • Processing orders and quotations
  • Answering product questions, advising on product features, pricing and availability
  • Resolving general customer queries, escalating to Team Leader if necessary
  • Daily invoicing
  • Monitor time critical orders, relaying information on any delays
  • Product knowledge to be gained through internal training
  • Point of contact for customers re invoice queries

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years sales administration experience (ideally dealing with a product range)
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Approachable personality and strong team player
  • Attention to detail, organised and able to multi-task

Salary : 27000 - 28000
