Sales Administrator - Cotswold Grass Seeds Direct : Job Details

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Sales Administrator to join our friendly, family-run team. If you enjoy customer interaction and thrive in busy environments, this could be your ideal role!

• Full time position (Maternity cover)
• Fixed term contract from 1st of March to 1st of December 2025
• £24,500 per annum

With over 40 years of experience, we proudly supply more than 20,000 UK farmers with tailored seed mixtures, from grasses to wildflowers. The Role

As a key member of our sales team, you'll play an essential role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth operations in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer orders and enquiries via phone, email, and website.
• Process orders accurately using our in-house seed ordering system.
• Liaise with couriers about deliveries and discrepancies.
• Assist with general office administration tasks.
• Prepare order paperwork when needed.
• Support Cotswold Logs customer orders during the winter months.

• A full and clean driving license is desirable.
