This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic Sales Department where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, handling inquiries, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient processing
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing excellent customer service and product information
- Assist with quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to support the wider sales team
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales, orders, and customer interactions
- Generate sales reports and forecasts to aid decision-making
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Customer Services/ Sales Administration role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with internal sales systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
