Sales Administrator / PA (Temporary)

We are seeking an immediately available temporary Sales Administrator/PA for a 4-6 week period. The role involves supporting various departmental systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone with strong numeracy skills and attention to detail, who is proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP however training can be provided.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Diary Management.
- Produce and update documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
- Produce reports by collecting data from a variety of sources and inputting into systems.
- Manage clearance of customer invoices.
- Other administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong numeracy skills and high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexible approach and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- SAP experience is preferred, but full training will be provided.
