Sales Administrator
About our ClientOur client, a well-known fast moving consumer goods supplier who sells to a number of channels, including convenience stores, large chains, & national retailers. Working with some of the world’s leading brands and categories of fast-moving goods such as Wrigleys, Fanta and most American Candy brands plus all leading vape brands. Supplying national retailers such as Morrisons, Tesco, SainsburysAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and versatile professional to join as a Sales Administrator. This position will primarily focus on business development within FMCG independent retailers, representing our clients brand and driving sales within the assigned territory. Supporting the National Account Managers with Admin duties.
- Working within our National Accounts department.
- Ensuring new orders are accurately and efficiently processed and uploaded using Shopify (training will be given).
- Liaising with customers on the phone and via email arranging deliveries, sending order acknowledgments and delivery notes, and responding to queries.
- Workng with Purchasing re inventory levels.
- Assisting with customer enquiries.
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and events, attending exhibitions on occasion.
- Maintaining accurate customer records using bespoke CRM (training will be given).
- Collaborating with finance dept.
- Arranging refreshments as required for National Account client meetings etc.
Skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-developed computer skills including and understanding of CRM systems, and good knowledge and experience of working with Excel.
- Experience of all aspects of administration with an eye for detail.
- High level of customer service experience.
- Thrives in a fast past environment, works well under pressure.
