Sales Administrator (Luxury Brand), West Reading: A smaller business who have been slowly growing for circa 15 years. This business are a marketing leading, luxury end of the market in their sector.
- Speak to customers on the phone - (high net worth individuals, or designers, or project managers)
- Understand what customer needs are, though speaking and listening intently. Follow up with well written emails.
- Processing quotes, following up quotes and encouraging a purchase, before processing an invoice.
- Supporting the sales and manufacturing teams
- Using a CRM system and also using Excel to analyse data (you need a reasonable level of Excel)
Profile
- In this role working for a luxury brand you will be a motivated and well-presented individual, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You will be detailed focused, as high end customers expect high end service
- You will have B2B Customer Service and/or Sales Support experience
- You will be highly methodical and organised, with a strong client focus.
- You will be seaking a role that will be varied and interesting, offering a great opportunity to develop your skills.
- You will be available to work full-time hours in their RG8 office (hybrid is not an option)
- You will ideally drive as the location is NOT close to public transport.
- Able to travel to London once a week, as part of the job (fully expensed)
- Good systems skills including a good level of Excel.
Job Offer
Working closely with the Owner of the business in this exciting and creative luxury brand. There is a salary of circa £30,000 - £40,000 plus 25 days holiday and a very supportive team.
