£22,000 base salary with a £500 a month guaranteed bonus, (£27,000)

We are actively recruiting B2B Telesales executives to join our sales team in Barry, London.We are an independent financial brokerage, and currently recruiting telesales executives.

Job Description:

• Making outbound calls and engaging new customers
• Closing sales
• Supporting sales teams to hit weekly/monthly targets
• Follow up prospects who have been given quotes
• Updating database and spreadsheets

Requirements:

As a Telesales executive you will often be the first point of contact in sales cycle. For this reason we are looking for candidates with the following abilities:

• Previous experience at least 1 year working in a call centre will be essential
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Motivated and Target driven to achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve team sales targets
• Basic computer skills: OUTLOOK, WORD and EXCEL.
