We are seeking Sales Advisors to join our client’s customer service team on a fixed-term, 6-month contract, with the possibility of a permanent position upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier customer service and maximize sales opportunities
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable product solutions
- Manage inbound contacts via phone, email, web chat, and other platforms
- Maintain and nurture relationships with domestic customers
- Negotiate pricing and cross-sell relevant products
- Assist with email management and web chat when required
Requirements:
- Clear criminal record
- Preferred: Experience in a contact center
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, with excellent time management and resilience
- Results-driven and target-focused
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers
- Empathy and professionalism in handling customer interactions
