Sales Advisor required to represent our clients and elevate their sales experience!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle High Volume Sales Calls: Manage a large influx of calls on behalf of our clients, providing top-notch service.
- Omni-Channel Support: Utilize various channels to enhance the customer sales journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Up-Sell Promotional Items: Actively promote and up-sell client products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build Customer Relationships: Develop lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Assist with Inquiries: Address customer inquiries and redirect general questions to the appropriate departments.
- Professional Follow-Up: Provide a consistent follow-up service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Objection Handling: Confidently navigate objections and solve problems to close sales.
- Information Provision: Deliver effective information to prospective customers, guiding them towards informed decisions.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Close sales and manage your conversion rates to meet or exceed targets.
- CRM Management: Keep CRM databases up-to-date and assist with email and text marketing campaigns.
- Adapt to New Campaigns: Stay flexible and adaptable to new products and campaigns as they arise.
Role Requirements:
- Customer Relations Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a great telephone manner.
- Experience: Previous B2C telemarketing, telesales, or telephone experience is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Good computer skills with a solid understanding of MS Office.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
