As a Sales Advisor based in our Jersey branch you’ll be responsible for:  

• Greeting and assisting customers on the trade counter, identifying their needs and making tailored product recommendations.

• Promptly respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, ensuring a courteous and proactive approach.

• Preparing accurate quotes for customers and processing orders efficiently.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers and consistently offering excellent customer service.

In this role you will be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, along wiht 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8am - 12noon paid at overtime.

And here's what we'd like you to have...

• Minimum five years of residency on Jersey.

• Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch

• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers

• Experience in the plumbing and heating industry or a merchant role is beneficial, though not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
