 As a Sales Advisor based in Scotswood, Newcastle Upon Tyneyou’ll be responsible for:  

• Assisting customers on the trade counter, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.

• Promptly and courteously handling customer inquiries via phone and email with a proactive approach.

• Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to grow business, engaging new and existing customers

• Completing general warehouse tasks such as picking and packing orders, organising deliveries and maintaining high standards for merchandise displays

This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday with shifts varying between 7:30am and 5pm.

 And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Industry or merchant experience is ideal but not essential, as full training will be provided

• Proven experience in sales and customer service

• Excellent communication skills with confidence in interacting with customers

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to support all areas of branch operations as part of a small team
