About the Role:A dynamic position within a growing organization, offering the opportunity to provide technical expertise and support to clients. The role is centered around assisting with high-end home improvement projects, analyzing specifications, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Support: Offer technical guidance and educate clients about products and services.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals and quotations based on client requirements and specifications.
- Client Relations: Build strong client relationships, understand needs, and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Technical Analysis: Interpret technical drawings and ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English with good computer literacy.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings (preferred).
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:45 am - 5:30 pm, with occasional Saturday shifts.
