In this fast-paced and dynamic sales position, you'll handle customer interactions predominantly over the phone and skilfully direct them to the ideal products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers both face to face and over the phone usually with local garages
  • Support customers with the sale of products, equipment and services
  • Working with all other branch areas ensuring that customer needs are met
  • Collaboratively work with teams across the business to understand our products and be one step ahead of our customer needs
  • Support the branch in upselling new company initiatives and promotions
  • Work with the Branch Team to understand customer returns and look to reduce our return rate
  • Share ideas and suggestions for improvement

Skills and Experience

  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Ability to develop customer relationships  
  • High levels of focus, energy, and motivation
  • Consistently delivering best-in-class service to achieve the best customer experience
  • Experience within a sales position is not essential as we will support and guide throughout your time with LKQ Euro Car Parts
