Everyone you call will have asked for a call with us. And it’ll be down to you to give them the information they’re looking for, ultimately helping us grow our business through sales.

On the face of it, this role is fairly simple. You’ll have a list of companies that have asked us to give them a call about the benefits they offer their employees. And don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about the world of Employee Benefits, so you’ll be well-equipped to sell and cross-sell a range of services we can offer.
Typically, these benefits will all have a provider, and these relationships come up for renewal. When they do, we help these companies to find the very best benefits for their business.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll call small to medium-sized companies to find out what Employee Benefits they currently have in place (i.e. Pensions, Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Income Protection, etc) and when those benefit agreements are due for renewal.

About you
We're looking for someone with the ability to build a good relationship quickly over the phone. And you’ll have a genuine desire to succeed. Don’t worry if you’ve never done a role like this before, we’ll give you all the training you need to succeed!
Previous experience in a similar role would be useful, but what we really need is someone with the right attributes, and who is willing to learn (full training given!)
