Are you a persuasive communicator with a love of sales?

Our financial services client, are seeking tenacious individuals to join their Customer Operations team as Telemarketing Sales Agents. Your role is key in connecting with potential customers, promoting their innovative financial products, and driving the client's mission forward.

This role is offered on a full time basis out of their vibrant and lively Swindon office. You will be working on a rota basis of 9-5.30 pm Monday to Friday and 10-6.30pm Monday to Friday with no weekend work!

The salary on offer is £28,100, and for those who hit their targets, there's additional quarterly top ups and a monthly bonus!

What you'll be doing:

• Conduct outbound calls using lukewarm leads to promote the client's financial products.
• Build strong relationships and understand customer needs.
• Clearly articulate product features and benefits.
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Maintain accurate customer records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the team to share strategies and insights.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively position offerings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries.

What skills and experience you'll bring:

• Strong verbal skills to engage and persuade customers (with experience in a telephone sales role!)
• Ability to bounce back from objections and persistently pursue sales.
• Focused on understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Collaborate effectively to enhance team performance.
• Quickly adjust to market trends and manage time efficiently.
