Role Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing top-notch service with a friendly approach.
• Process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Upsell and cross-sell to new and existing customers, enhancing their experience with tailored product recommendations.
• Reach out to lapsed clients, reigniting relationships and exploring new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team on delivery queries, ensuring customers are kept informed.
• Manage customer queries about out-of-stock items or delays, offering suitable alternatives.
• Maintain and update product knowledge to stay ahead in providing excellent service.

Experience/Skills Required:

• Proven experience in a busy customer service environment, ideally within a sales role.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment using multiple IT systems.
• A positive attitude and a sense of humor—enjoying the camaraderie of a lively office is a must!
• Previous experience in the food packaging or related industry is advantageous but not essential.
