Our new Romford branch is looking for an ambitious Sales and/or Lettings Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow a brand-new office, with all the support and resources of a well-established name.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the charge: Driving sales and lettings activity to establish the Romford branch as a market leader.
• Client focus: Delivering outstanding service to landlords, vendors, buyers, and tenants.
• Business development: Identifying new opportunities, networking, and fostering strong community relationships to grow the branch.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record in estate agency, with a focus on sales, lettings, or both.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to growing a business.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Romford market
