This is a pivotal role that will drive revenue growth, strengthen brand positioning, and ensure commercial success across a stunning 600-acre estate.Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will develop and implement innovative strategies, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate across departments to achieve ambitious commercial goals. You will also lead a high-performing team, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to excel.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand positioning.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to drive commercial success.
Brand Management
- Act as the brand custodian, ensuring consistency and seeking opportunities for brand enhancement.
- Oversee the development of high-quality visual assets and maintain a consistent tone of voice.
Sales & Revenue Management
- Predict guest demand, optimise inventory, and manage pricing to maximise revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and travel agencies to drive repeat business.
Market Analysis & Commercial Development
- Lead strategic market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Conduct regular commercial reviews and provide actionable insights to the Managing Director and Board of Directors.
Marketing & Communications
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen the brand’s presence.
- Foster valuable partnerships, including press, PR, and third-party collaborations.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing, Reservations, and Events teams.
- Ensure team members have clear KPIs and personal development plans to drive success.
