Sales and Marketing Manager, Cambridge/hybrid - £45-55k per year. A fantastic opportunity to join a high-end travel agent that specialize in unique holidays. The main purpose of the role, is to develop and create a marketing strategy and driving growth in sales.
Sales and Marketing Manager -Responsibilities
- Creating and developing a marketing strategy that drives revenue growth predominantly in a B2C environment
- Creating sales targets and KPI, and reviewing and monitor performance of the sales team and liaising with the Head of Reservations
- Managing and liaising with external marketing, PR and design agencies
- Overseeing the social media advertising etc
- Account management and reviewing of contracts with B2B Travel partners
- Working closely with the product team on marketing of products
- Creating and implementing a yearly budget plan for marketing and communications
- Reporting into the Managing Director
- Attending travel trade shows, events etc
Sales and Marketing Manager -Skills Required
- Experience in a similar role as Sales and Marketing Manager in the travel industry
- Digital marketing experience
- Experience in driving growth in a B2C environment
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and email. marketing strategies, and technical
- Analytical skills and data driven
- Experience in creating and managing marketing budgets Strong management experience and a team player
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder.

- Cambridge/ hybrid role (3-4 days a week in Cambridge)
