As a Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will also play a crucial role in developing the client’s brand through innovative sales and marketing strategies, including new product innovations and leading marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with new and existing customers
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Process orders and provide quotations
  • Answer customer queries and follow up on sales enquiries
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Explore new opportunities to enhance brand awareness
