  • Act as the first point of contact for the team, providing full support during team travel and maternity leave cover.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's Standard Product portfolio.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics AX).
  • Handle sales enquiries by phone and email, verifying client details and gathering necessary information.
  • Prepare and issue standard product quotations.
  • Learn to utilise internal proposal software for costing special designs and conducting heating calculations.
  • Follow up on quotation statuses with customers and provide necessary reports.
  • Prepare and send documentation or certification requirements to clients.
  • Ensure quotations align with customer requirements and comply with company and regulatory standards.
  • Perform stock code creation and updates.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team, including holiday cover for order processing.
  • Issue monthly reports to the Sales Team.
  • Potential to support the Immersion Heater Team as part of career progression.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A friendly, organised, and helpful individual with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong team-oriented approach.
  • A minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • A full driving licence is essential, and foreign language skills are advantageous.
