Basic starting Salary: £23,920 per annum
Including monthly bonus - £28,225 per annum OTE
Make Space Self Storage is a successful self-storage provider with stores in East London, Essex and Sussex.
We're looking for a full time Sales Assistant to join our friendly and successful team based at our busy self storage centre in Horsham, West Sussex.
Your personality is far more important to us than your experience. If you are enthusiastic, friendly, and enjoy talking to people, we will provide great training to give you the confidence to excel in this role.
What you will be doing:
Sales Assistants are the first point of contact for our customers. You will be handling their enquires and providing a great experience by going the extra mile.
You will be advising customers on our range of products and services, identifying opportunities to maximise sales, and always be looking for ways to help your team beat the stores bonus targets.
You will be setting up contracts for new customers and helping to manage existing customer's accounts.
You’ll work alongside your colleagues to keep the store maintained to a high standard of presentation and ensure that we offer the very best facilities to our customers.
On an early shift you'll be responsible for opening the store and making sure it's ready for the first customers of the day. When you're working a late shift, you will be responsible for closing the store, making sure it is left secure and ready for the following day.
