Sales Assistant - Luxury Women's RTW

Location: London, Greater London, United Kingdom

Salary: £25,000.00 to £26,000.00 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

As a Sales Assistant for a luxury women's RTW brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. You will be working within a team of passionate individuals who are committed to delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our clients.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide knowledgeable advice on our brand and products
• Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions and handling exchanges and returns
• Maintain a clean and tidy store environment
• Assist with visual merchandising and stock management
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and KPIs

• Previous experience in a retail sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for luxury fashion and a strong understanding of our brand and products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
