A leading and renowned consultancy firm specialist in compliance and risk management services is looking for a driven, ambitious individual who will take charge of their business development in the UK and European markets.

The role will be directly responsible for business development, strategy and later on to build and lead a team of sales specialists.

Job specification

• Develop strategies to build the company’s clientele in various verticals starting from the staffing industry

• Being a pivotal part of the strategic growth of the business

• Build, lead and drive the business development team

• Work with existing clients to maximise business opportunities

• Link international business on a national level (and the other way around)

• Research, secure and manage new businesses

• Set up and conduct meetings with prospective clients

• Monitor the quality services delivered

• Business development experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Good billing history

• Excellent presentation skills

• Ability to build long term relationships with clients
