Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base.
- Objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the current sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the new products and competition status.
- Draft client proposals and cost models for approval of the Senior Management.
Requirement and skills:
- New Business Development - Identify and convert sales opportunities. Maintain a strong prospect list for continuous new business.
- New Business Implementation - Document client discussions for successful onboarding. Introduce team members for customer embedding.
- Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ) - Maintain and improve content in the company's document management system. Assess requests for realistic opportunities.
- Proposal/Bid Writing and Commercial Model - Create proposals through creative writing ensuring accurate response to RFQ/RFP. With support from the Finance Team input data into cost models to generate potential P&L report.
- Team Management - Mentor and motivate the team to increase profitability. Conduct regular appraisals and monitor team goals.
- Marketing and Brand Awareness - Contribute to marketing via social media. Collaborate to create new sales material.
- Strategic Development - Identify new sales channels. Propose new opportunities and develop presentations.
You will be working for a company based in Jeddah who provide Core Catering activity and soft Facilities Management services such as laundry, housekeeping services as part of Camp Management Services. You will be responsible for a small sales team and developing your own client portfolio.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $5,000 dollars per month (£3,820 per month) TAX FREE
- Free live in accommodation with en-suite, kitchen in a secure compound.
- Food allowance. We pay SR900, £185 per month in addition to salary to cover the cost of food. We have a kitchen in Jeddah that once a week Friday provide a free of charge lunch.

- You will receive 30 days full paid leave on completion of 6 months plus all national and public holidays and return flights. All flights are included out and back from the UK or Europe.

- Core office hours are Sunday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday off and Saturday 8am to 1pm. But can be flexible.
