The Company

A growing and forward-thinking business specialising in providing trade services to across the Midlands.

What you will do:

• Manage inbound enquiries from the ecommerce
• Liaise with marketing company and track there KPIs & ROI
• Booking in appointments for the sales team to meet clients
• Providing sales support to sale team from point of quotation
• Sending out information packs to clients once appointments are booked
• Process new sales orders onto the CRM
• Keep the customer updated throughout the sales process providing updates

What will you need?

• Previous sales admin or internal sales experience would be advantageous
• Has used Hubspot CRM previously
• Confident in speaking with clients over the phone
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Excellent communications and customer service skills
• Confident on the telephone
