As a Sales Consultant , you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our solar products and services. We will provide you with the training and technical support needed. You will engage with prospective customers to educate them about the benefits of solar energy, conduct site assessments, and provide tailored solutions to meet their energy needs. Your goal will be to drive sales and contribute to the growth of our solar business.

Essential

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the solar industry or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Knowledge of local regulations, incentives, and financing options related to solar energy is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Skillsets

  • Self-motivated with passion in sustainability.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management or project management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations to understand customers' energy consumption and requirements.
  • Prepare and present proposals outlining recommended solar solutions based on customers' needs.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to facilitate the sales process.
  • Setting sales goals and striving to achieve or exceed sales targets through active selling and establishing customer relationships to increase sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, supporting brand promotion and various marketing activities.
  • Conducting regular market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and competitor situations, providing data support for sales strategies.
