Sales Consultant (Property Investment)Manchester£80,000 - 100,000 OTE Are you a property professional and interested in the Investment sector? The Property Investment sector provides an opportunity to increase your earning significantly whilst reducing your working hours and eliminating weekend work!  I am seeking applicants who are highly motivated and driven to succeed in the sector with a strong knowledge of the Real Estate market across the UK and in particular, Manchester.  Position: Property Investment Sales ConsultantWith access to hundreds of developments across Manchester & Liverpool, and a thriving client base, my client can offer an excellent opportunity to earn big commission, selling New Build developments to investors from all over the world.  Here is what they offer:
  • Negotiable basic salary + £85,000 OTE
  • Generous commission structure starting from £950 per sale.
  • Access to new build developments in Manchester and Liverpool.
  • New warm leads daily and a high volume of inquiries.

  • 22 days of holiday, in addition to bank holidays and a Christmas break.
  • Monday to Friday 9am-5pm NO WEEKENDS
Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about current real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Property Portfolio Management: Build and manage a diverse portfolio of investment properties tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the investment process.
What we need in you:
  • Previous Sales Experience – whatever the sector, it is essential that you have extensive experience in achieving sales targets, qualifying clients and building relationships.
  • Real Estate Knowledge is essential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Client-focused: A customer-centric approach with a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals through property investment.
  • Self-Motivated: A self-starter with a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently.
