Sales Consultant Salary: £23,800 basic + commission (OTE £45,000+)

As a Furniture Sales Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Providing outstanding customer service and sharing expert product knowledge.
• Building and nurturing customer relationships.
• Identifying and generating new sales opportunities.
• Consistently achieving (and exceeding!) sales targets.
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to meet shared goals.
• Keeping customer information and sales records accurate and up to date.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A proven track record of sales success, preferably in furniture or big-ticket sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for customer service and delivering results.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and build lasting customer relationships.
• Knowledge of home furniture and décor is desirable but not essential.
