SALES CONSULTANT

Luxury Jewellery Brand – Traffford Centre - Manchester

About:

• Leader in selling Diamonds
• Well established Jewellers for men and women
• Store Location inside Trafford Shopping Centre 

The Role:

• Meeting monthly set sale targets, confident in client relationship development 
• Willing to build a strong client book, and confident in delivering exceptional service
• Understand your client's needs, and be patient with your service
• Excellent with time management, organised, and task-oriented
• Assist on customers journey, delivering high level of service and attentiveness
• Assist on daily stock counts, and inventories
• Able to provide excellent after-care service  
• Well-spoken, excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management, staff, and clients 

Requirements:

•  Must have a minimum of 2 years of premium or luxury sales from selling fashion, accessories or jewellery background
• Driven sales consultant who has a natural passion for excellent craftsmanship 
• Well-spoken, excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management, staff, and clients 
• Previous retail sales experience is essential; luxury retail experience is preferred.
• A proactive approach to achieving sales targets and enhancing the customer experience.
• Must be willing to work early / late shifts

Offering:

• Competitive annual salary, up to £30,000 
• Attractive bonus structure and commission opportunities.
• Provide employee training up to 3 months
