Elevation Recruitment is excited to be working with a dynamic and evolving company to recruit a Sales Coordinator on a 12 month contract to join their team to contribute directly to sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to customers to uncover additional quoting opportunities, understand their specific needs, and tailor solutions that align with their goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer service while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer additional products or services that add value, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery by aligning customer expectations with product availability, keeping customers informed of any updates or changes, and turning every interaction into a sales opportunity.
Skills and Experience:
- A sales-focused, proactive attitude with strong time management and organisational skills.
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth, ideally in a global or technical environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with international customers and internal teams, with the ability to identify sales opportunities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while staying focused on sales goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
