Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Engage with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to build interest and rapport.
- Understand prospects’ needs before passing them to the sales team.
- Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring a seamless handover process.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in a CRM system
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies and provide insights into market trends.
