Job Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire, United KingdomSalary: £27,000 + OTE £35k+ Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm + every other Saturday 8 am-12 pm

Note:MUST HAVE A FULL DRIVER'S LICENSE AND ACCESS TO YOUR OWN VEHICLE!

As a Sales Designer at our brand-new showroom in Nuneaton, you'll apply your sales expertise while mastering the art of kitchen design. Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Your Sales Experience:

    • Use your strong sales background to understand customer needs and guide them through the kitchen design process.
    • Work closely with experienced designers to master the essentials of kitchen design, including space planning, aesthetics, and functionality.
  • Engage with Customers:

    • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, using your sales skills to identify their needs and preferences.
    • Create bespoke kitchen designs that align with customers' lifestyles and budgets, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Develop Product and Design Knowledge:

    • Become an expert in our wide range of kitchen products, materials, and finishes.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in kitchen design, cooking, and interior décor to better inspire and serve customers.
  • Learn Technical and Design Skills:

    • Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard design software, creating detailed kitchen plans and visualisations.
    • Produce accurate quotes and ensure all designs meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Support Sales and Design Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to provide design insights and ideas that enhance the customer experience.
    • Prepare and present design proposals that excite and inspire customers, turning their visions into reality.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

    • Offer friendly, professional advice to customers, supporting them throughout the design and purchase process.
    • Address customer queries and concerns with a positive, solution-focused approach, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
