Remuneration: £30,000 + bonus giving OTE circa £55,000

The role of the Sales Development Representative - Facades Systems will involve:

• Sales Development position promoting building envelope refurbishment services including facades remediation & asbestos removal
• Majority of your time will be spent selling directly to end users for example: Muller, Pepsi, Heineken, Scottish Water, Tesco, North British Distillery
• The remain portion with focus on the professional services sector dealing with: student accommodation providers, housebuilders and surveyors
• 95% of your time will be generating new business
• Conducting Teams presentations to customers to promote the service
• Working in unison with BDM
• Targeted to achieve £500k - £2m annual turnover depending on experience

The ideal applicant will be Sales Development Representative - Facades Systems with:

• Ideally will be a graduate or have some experience with business development or outbound sales
• Must be an energetic, hungry individual looking to forge a career in a sales position
• Comfortable cold calling and being on the telephone
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Ambitious, driven, dynamic personality
