Sales Development Representative, Bournemouth, £30,000

As a Sales Development Representative at this digital security firm, your key responsibility will be converting leads into qualified prospects and propelling the sales pipeline, whilst creating and executing inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns.

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities

  • Develop and qualify opportunities from prospecting and marketing leads.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels, providing detailed product demonstrations.
  • Consistently meet opportunity quotas and execute strong prospecting plans.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective strategies and track activities using Salesforce.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and disseminate opportunities to account managers.

Sales Development Representative Skills & Experience Required

  • 2-3 years in lead generation and sales, preferably in IT or cyber security.
  • CRM proficiency and SDR best practice knowledge.
  • Strong cold calling skills, maintaining high outbound call volumes.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable, with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a hunter mentality.
  • Proven ability to perform on own initiative and multitask.
