Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 DOE + Company Bonus

Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be recruiting for a global learning based solutions provider. The Sales Development Representative will play a pivotal part in assisting the wider sales team in growing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify potential clients through research, networking and lead generation
• Through prospecting and developing relationships identify businesses needs, requirements and pain points
• Working cross functionally with the global sales team consistently identify opportunities for the wider business with full knowledge of the bespoke solutions on offer

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience within a learning solutions business is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt to differing clients, confident in dealing with key decisions makers within global organisations
• A passion for overcoming pain points within a business through solution based selling
• A resilient, driven, ambitious individual
