Your Mission at Elis

Your role as a Sales Development Representative at Elis:

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across your assigned territory.
  • Engage with potential clients through in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Understand and match customer needs with our products and services.
  • Develop a pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and targets, driving revenue growth for the ICS division.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

What you will need as a Sales Development Representative at Elis:

  • Previous sales experience, ideally in field-based business development, account management, or similar roles.
  • A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A full UK driving license is essential, as the role involves regular travel across your territory.
