Your role as a Sales Development Representative
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across your assigned territory
- Engage with potential clients through in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
- Understand and match customer needs with our products and services
- Develop a pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal
- Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and targets, driving revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
What you will need as a Sales Development Representative
- Previous sales experience, ideally in field-based business development, account management, or similar roles
- A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven attitude
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A full UK driving license is essential, as the role involves regular travel across your territory
