Elevation are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Development Representative to join our clients established sales team! As an SDR, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth by identifying and qualifying leads, setting up sales appointments, and collaborating with the sales team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and reach out to new sales opportunities through research, outbound calls, and other outreach methods.
- Qualify leads and seamlessly pass them to the sales team, complete with all necessary context and insights.
- Schedule high-quality sales appointments for our sales team to close deals.
- Use CRM tools to track, manage, and report on all interactions with prospects, ensuring follow-ups are timely and thorough.
- Maintain a clean, accurate prospect database with up-to-date contact information.
- Leverage excellent communication skills to bypass gatekeepers and connect with key decision-makers.
- Partner with the marketing team to support project-based initiatives and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and progress to sales and sector leads.
Skills & Experience
- A track record of identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills, especially in engaging with decision-makers.
- A proactive approach and a knack for generating new leads independently.
- Comfortable using CRM software and tools for lead management and reporting.
- Skilled at overcoming objections and navigating challenges to reach goals.
- A team player ready to work closely with sales and marketing.
